Touch Pad
Model Number: MAH5500B Brand: Maytag Age: 5 - 10 years
The touch panel on my Neptune front load washer won't let me start the machine or make any changes. I had the machine unpluged overnight hoping that it would reset, however that didn't help ????

What you are going to have to do is try to determine if the problem is with the LED interface or with the control board.
There are some fairly comprehensive tests you can do, see the later pages in this service manual for testing and trouble shooting the 5500B model control board and LED assembly. http://www.servicematters.com/maytag...s/16010061.pdf
