how to take apart?

I have a GE Select model# S1070ASW washer that I cannot figure out how to take apart?Any suggestions? Is there a trick to it to get the cabinet off or the panels off?

Thanks,
Rob

I appreciate the fact that you need an answer ASAP but this is a pretty popular Forum and those of us who respond are volunteers and I try to take the older posts first.

Anyway, to get into your machine insert a screw driver or putty knife in the gap between the top and the front near the edges. This will release clips which will enable you to remove the front. The top will now come off (disconnec the lid switch) and you are into the machine. If you need to get into the consold take out the screws that are on top. Inside the console you should find some technical documentation on your model.

I tried that but still seems to be something else holding the front on there still?
