washing machine front loader
 

my machine needs a new water pump but I was told I could still use it. I did but now the machine won't finish and remains locked. I have to get the clothes out asap. How do I unlock this machine?

Take out the three screws that hold the bottom panel in place and take it off. Then reach up with your hand to the door switch. You will feel a plastic tab. Pull down on it gently and it will release your door lock.

I don't know who told you to use it with a bad pump, but do not listen to them anymore. They are not good people (at least as far as a Kenmore HE 3 are concerned).
