controlled lock
Model Number: ghw9300pw4 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 1 - 5 years
My whirlpool will not work. the controlled lock light is on. How can I unlock it or repair it. It is a front end loader

On most Duet washers, there is a button on the console at the lower right hand corner that unlocks the control.
Look at the lower right hand button on the console. See if there is any writing near that button that tells you how to unlock the control. Normally you have to hold that button for 10 seconds to unlock it. Matt
