Maytag MAH8700 control board unresponsive
Brand: -brand- Age: Less than 1 year
I have a Maytag Neptune model # MAH8700AWW. Today, the knob that controls the different cycles is stuck on one of the settings, and non-responsive when pressed. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix? I'm guessing a new control board.

Probably so
Check to make certain 120v is getting to the board, and if so, then a replacement is likely to solve the problem. Here is the service manual which will show you how to do additional testing and how to replace the board. http://www.servicematters.com/maytag...s/16026126.pdf
