Motor runs but agitator does not also will not spin and cannot turn drum by hand. Found belt material on floor underneath washer. How bad is it?

That machine does not use a belt. What looks like belt material on the floor is the drive coupler rubber grommet disintegrating.

You need a new drive coupler (between the motor and transmission). That will fix you up! ;)
