Washer Repair

When the washer goes into spin cycle it starts to make a very loud sound. The entire inside piece (the basket I guess it is) seems very loose which I do not recall before the issue started. I have taken off the back and top of the washer in an attempt to see if I can figure out for myself what the issue is, but cannot manage to get the basket out. Can anyone help me along here, I'm kind of going in blind.

Very likely the problem is a bad drive block. For more accurate advice we need the complete model number of the washer.

I am assuming those are the numbers underneath the lid. Mod:110.25852400

Remove the washer cabinet (instructions attached) and check the drive block (#15 on the diagram) as described in one of our previous posts: not spinning

If there is nothing wrong, then go to the other previous post: Replacing direct drive washer brake shoes
