Model Number: GHW9100LW Brand: Hotpoint Age: 1 - 5 years
mY HOTPOINT DUET WELL NOT COMPLETE A WASH CYCLE . iT WILL WASH FOR ABOUT 10 MIN THEN STOPS STARTS BEEPING F5 . YOU HAVE TO PUSH THE STOP BUTTON THEN THE START IF YOU ARE LUCKY IT WILL START UP AND FINISH THE WASH CYCLE . HELP

Take off the top and inside on the right you should find a tech sheet which will explain what the error code is and how to put the machine into a test and diagnosis mode.
Your error message is kind of an ambiguous one (most are) and relates to the water temperature and water heating feature of the machine. Try it on cold water wash and rinse and see what happens.
