We inherited this 24" stackable laundry center. The first couple of laundry loads seemed to work fine, but now the tub thumps excessively when the spin cycle ramps up. It isn't a matter of clothes being off balance, as any load has the same result.

I can easily move the tub around (side to side) with my hand while pushing or pulling and have noticed that the tub itself seems off center when looking at it top down. It appears to have shifted to the rear right.

I'm convinced we can fix this when pointed in the right direction, but am not sure where to start troubleshooting. The manual is worthless when it comes to any DIY repair info.
