Maytag front load washer will not fill with cold water
Model Number: MAH4000AWW Brand: Maytag Age: 5 - 10 years
My Maytag front load washer will only fill with hot water. What should I look for?

I am sure you have checked the cold water supply, so next check where it is connected to the inlet to make sure the inlet screens are not clogged.
If they are free, take off the valve and see if you have 120v coming to the cold water valve when it is supposed to be open. If so, then replace the valve assembly. Here is the service manual which will show you how to access the valves. http://www.servicematters.com/maytag...s/16010061.pdf
