My washer will nor drain. It spins but wont drain. After tilting the washer back I found a belt on the floor. I don't know how it hooks up to the pulley that already has a belt attached that goes to the big center pulley.

goes through complete cycle wont drain have rsplaced lid switch because stopped spinning then would not drain have replaced pump and checked hoses for blockage. what else is there
