hello everyone
agitator works but the agitator i remember used to spin freely on one direction and now it does not
i dismantled the shaft and tried to spin it by hand - very ridgid
when i turn coupling from the motor the shaft agitates (forward and backward)
during cycles it works and i suspect something is seriously wrong

the following issues may not be relevant to the above
but i just noticed
my water setting (warm/cold) always gets warm and after the spin clothes are still wet and some water still in the drum

if anybody could give me an idea it would be greatly appreciated
