I have taken the agitator out of the washer, and by looking at your repair parts, I can see what I need to replace (the dogs). I have not yet figured out how to disassemble the agitator. Can you help? Thanks

Believe it or not, it just pulls apart. Sometimes soap and fabric softener scum makes this difficult, and be careful when pulling on it not to break anything, including your face if it suddenly comes apart.
