The clothes mover seems to be slipping and not circulating the clothes as it should. When applying slight downward hand pressure it rotates clothes through as it should. Any suggestions on how to repair as well as instructions to removing applicable items to make repair possible.

Replacing the agitator cams (dogs) will usually fix this problem.
