Noisy washer during agitate/spin.
The belt has been replace. After replacement the noise was gone - but mid cycle it came back. The cover was open, I pulled to motor to make the belt tighter and the noise went away.
Seem like to motor is mounted to have play - I don't see how I can tighten it up.
There is a pin - I wonder if this is what governs the play. The pin doesn't look bad. How can I increase tension on the belt?

Two things you need to check for. Make sure the motor is free to move back and forth freely. It should free float so to speak. Next make sure the water pump is turns freely by removing the belt and turning it by hand. If the pump gets tight the belt will slip and this is a common problem with this machine. The motor is free to move, and the water pump moves easily as well.
I put a little oil on the pully/bearing below the tub and operation is much quieter.
