The standard diagnosis for spin problems in this machine is to replace this part kit. Part number: AP4009132
Also, please do not post in all caps, it comes across as you are yelling. Thanks

What would be your guess as to what is wrong with the washer? The washer stays in the wash cycle, and will only spin or rinse if we manually place it on those start points.

Seems like a bad timer if it will not advance to the spin cycle. If the timer advances during wash, you might want to spray the timer with a non-residue contact cleaner available at Lowe's. Just spray near the crack in the housing by the switch assembly and turn the timer knob to advance the timer. Otherwise, order a timer here, AP4027897
