This is one of those error codes that tells you nothing. The official explanation is that the central control unit is not getting info from the motor that the machine is working, but then you already know that.

I would try a couple of things.

1. Take off the lower panel and clean out the drain hoses and pump.

2. Check for a wiring problem between the control unit and the door assembly and the motor.

After you do this leave the machine unplugged for a while and see if itg clears out the error.

If none of this does the trick you are looking at changing out the door lock assembly or central control unit on speculation, which is a costly way to have to repair something, but that is the world of micro processor controls.
