Model Number: LSC9355BN0 Brand: Whirlpool Age: More than 10 years
I recently replaced the spin tube and brake assembly due to spin failure and can not get the tub to spin properly. Even with no load, the the tub seems to be off balance. Is there something I can do to solve this problem?

Open it back up and check the base suspension plate to see if it is correctly on. It probably is ok, in which case I would replace the suspension springs, and the pads if needed. Your springs can be bad, or damaged in doing the repair and it is not necessarily visible.

Look for something caught between the spin basket and the tub, and check the pump for something caught in it.
If that does not work, take out the transmission and put it back in, something may be caught up there.
