When the machine is started and the water starts feeding, Th bottom starts spewing water on to the floor. It also happens when water is feeding for the bleach or fabric softener. I'm looking for instructions on how to remove the top to see what's wrong. Help!

Open the door and remove the hinge screws. DON'T remove the door. Remove the screws on the brackets directly across the opening from the hinges. You don't need to remove the brackets, but it's OK if they come off. the front panel will snap off the mounting brackets, and tilt downward to lift off the clips at the bottom. You can now close the door and select a cycle. Use a good light to locate the leak as it fills.
