I have removed the bottom panel - need to replace belt. How do I accomplish this?

This is a pretty old model, and I have not seen one recently, if ever. However on most of these you can release the tension and "roll" the old belt off and "roll" the new one on.

If that does not work re-post and maybe someone else can help.
