Hi lizclo
One of the most common cause of such problem is a unbalanced load. If your washer is shaking during the spin cycle it never will go on full speed. The first thing check if the washer is leveled, then if you see it's shaking, open the lid and redistribute the garments inside. If it does not work then I need the complete model number of your washer. You can find it under the lid. Good luck. Gene. |

Are you sure the problem is the washer and not the dryer? If the dryer vent is clogged up, it takes much longer time to dry. Try to disconnect the vent hose from the back of the dryer and run a couple loads to see how long it takes. Good luck. Gene.
