When i turn on the washer no water will come through at all and i dont hear any buzzing sound. what is wrong

We assume you have the water turned on and there is no blockage iat the valves.

Check and see if 120v is getting to the water valves when the machine is supposed to be filling. If so, the problem is in your water valves. If not, the problem is likely with the timer.
