Good morning,I would appreciate your help with this one. I am working on a whirlpool cabrio, when it goes into spin ,after a few seconds the whole washer assembly starts jumping up and down violently, I dont know where to start looking, everything down below seems to be connected, the load is evenly distributed, It sometimes does it when it is empty. Im not very familiar with the so called new & improved technology and need your help. thanks Fred P.S washer is level

Hi Fred
I don't think any of us think this is new and improved technology, well, maybe new but hard to say its improved. I am guessing here, but I think you may have a broken hub. At least that is where I would start. I would take out the basket and see if you can find the problem. Here is the service manual on the machine. https://secured.whirlpool.com/Servic...LE/8178582.pdf Let us know what you finally find out.
