Washer stopped during cycle, just hums when I try to reset. There is a load of wet clothes in it which will mildew in short order if not retrieved (I live on the Mississippi and it is humid as heck here right now).

I have tried:

- turning off then back on
- turning off, changing to a different cycle then turning back on
- turning off at circuit breaker then back on
- turning off with button cir&cuit breaker, waiting 15 mins. and turning back on
- pulling on the door and cussing

None of these got the lock to open (#5 was the most therapeutic)
