Electrolux Washer does not spin properly

The machine will NOT go into HIGH spin in all modes except in SPIN ONLY. When in HIGH spin looks like the drum is off balance. The machine is balance using a level on all sides back to front and left to right.


Any ideas why?

Does the machine need to be RESETed if so how do you do that
