i have a frigidaire washer front end loader, model no. ftf2140es3. the machine fills, drains, agitates fine, however, the spin cycle the clothes just sit, the machine makes a noise similar to the sound of the clothes actually spinning. i thought it was the door lock actuator, but if i try to open the door will filling or agitating the door is locked and will not open. to open the door i have to hit cancel. help!,,
