I have an Admiral Washer that fills with water but the water just keeps draining out, Any help would be much appreciated.

is this a recent development? make sure the curved part( near the end) of the drain hose is HIGHER than the washer, if not it will siphon out and never stop filling.

also, if it works right on the lowest water level setting, the drain hose is absolutely your problem...

is your washer filling +draining at the same time or is it filling then after a number of minutes is draining
