Use this service manual to put your machine into a test mode and see if you can determine the source of the problem.

Hello
I am contacting you from Frigidaire to see if I can assist you with your issue. Something could be caught in your drain line or the problem could be with your control board or pump. To check for a restriction in the drain line please trying the following: 1. Unplug the washer 2. Pull the washer out to tilt it back so you can reach the screws below the front panel and remove it. (You will need something to catch the water once the hose is removed from the bottom of washer) 3. Loosen the bolt with the sliver clamp on the bottom of the washer. The water will begin to come out while your loosening the clamp. (Do not remove any GREEN clamps) 4. Once the water is out, you can stick your hand inside the hose to clean it out. |
