Bosch AXXIS Washer WAS20160UC

The washer fills with water but will not agitate or spin out. When the spinning/agitation should happen a clicking sound is made in the upper front of the machine. The machine is draining fine and there is nothing blocking the drain.

The machine is plugged into the dryer and there is 124V + 124V going to the washer from the dryer, so there is 240V going to the dryer.

There are 7 blue wires going into the motor. Their Volt readings in order top to bottom are:
