hi there, i have an LG front load washer that is not dispensing the detergent when in cycle. I have tried cleaning the caddy to make sure that there is no detergent clogs there and after cleaning it ran a speed wash cycle that it work fine but next wash it went back to not dispensing. I dont have any error codes on the screen, so I am not sure what is happening. softener and or bleach seems to go ahead of time from time to time but this is from little water dripping onthe back of the caddy. I am not hearing the full water flow that usually comes after load sensor has finished. this is my first issue with this washer in about 8-10 yrs I have it now, never had any issues before so I dont know what could possible be wrong.

Is it truly not dispensing or is it just full of water after a cycle? The machine floods that compartment and it them siphons the mix out to empty it. If it is 100% undiluted detergent proceed as follows.
Try to start a cold wash or rinse and spin to verify incoming cold water. If that is ok...
Put it in test mode:
Press spin speed, soil level and power at the same time. If you get it all lights will come on and the door will lock.
Pressing start will advance the test. The first 3 tests are motor, the following are valves, each press of start will open a valve.. If any do not open that's your issue. After valves is tumble (on some), heater (if you have one), then drain then exit.
If there is no or very little cold entering, turn the water off at the wall and remove hose from back of the machine, you may find a clogged screen in the plastic valve, where the hose attaches.
