I have a top load maytag Bravo washing machine. The original basket drive stripped out and caused a SD code. I replaced the part and it worked fine for a few months. Just recently I had to replace it again and now it has the SD code once again. Any ideas on what can be causing that drive part to strip out so fast? this is the part I have been replacing rep Clin Item #4273189, Basket Drive W10820039

when I tear it apart it is very clear the threads are stripped out but I'm not sure what could be causing this. The machine is level and doesn't make any loud noises when washing or spinning.
