Washer showing error code 13 and 12. It won't do anything. It starts to engage for a second and quits.

Can you help?

This is unusual as the error codes on this machine should be an E plus a number.

There should be a tech sheet inside the bottom panel on the left. Try to put the machine through the diagnostics and see what you come up with.
