My Kenmore HE front loader washing machine fills intermittently. Tested the water inlet switch and it tested bad so I replaced it. Now it fills some then stops, fills some then stops. the lights on the control panel flash and beep in between filling. With the top off, I can see the dispenser actuator going around and around, finally stopping and when it does that is when it starts filling. then it stops filling and the actuator lever starts moving again. I do believe the pump is bad as it gets hot, but even when I manually drain all the water it still doesn't want to fill. Also I notices the breakers and the main breaker box are a bit warm, not hot but warmer than usual. Not sure if this is a bad board, or something else. Suggestions?
