I've changed the auger motor for ice dispenser, but when I pressed for ice it sounded like it was moving but no ice dispensed. I looked inside the bin and full of ice but the dispenser in the bin did not move from the position it was before. Try to empty the bin and mark where the ice dispenser rod position was and it was not move at all. Try to make sure the rod was in the auger motor hex hole and it was but still can not get it to move. I've tried it with second auger motor but still won't work. Please advise.
