When doing laundry, my washer will no longer fill while on cold. If I flip the knob to hot, it will fill with hot water, but when it gets to the rinse cycle I do not hear any water.

I removed the hose and checked the screen. It is not plugged. I found a technician manual online and ran the diagnostics on it. I do not get any error codes. When I run through the automatic, the cold water comes on fine. I ran one load after doing the automatic diagnostic and the cold water worked. Did another load and it would not work. I ran the diagnostic again and the cold water comes on, but when I tried to do another load.. it didn't work again.

I'm not sure what I should replace.
