So.... Between the manual and ANYTHING that I can find online, all of the diagnostics are run on machines assuming that there are 3 buttons under the display. My model only has the 1 "Energy Saver" button. All instruction read to "press.... and the center button simultaneously" but since I don't have a center button, my only choice is to press the only button that is there (Energy Saver) but that combination does not work to enter diagnostics mode. Help. The machine isn't draining and I've already cleared out the black drain hoses and replaced the pump. The only thing I haven't done is check/clean the gray outside drain hose
