My washer will not go into the final spin cycle. 1 year ago I had the same problem and thought I would have to replace the control board. I had the top off and was looking to buy a new board a friend told me sometimes if you unplug the unit it resets,I put it back together and it worked. That's not working this time. The door lock is working the light is on and the door is locked, could it still lock and not send a signal to the control board?
How do I check for error codes?
