Washer will only spin in one direction and stop. When i turn the basket by hand it will spin in one direction and when I try to go the opposite it will stop

When i turn the basket by hand it will spin in one direction and when I try to go the opposite it will stop Maestro, Sounds like something is "stuck" between the tubs or between the belt and tub pulley. it could also be a "scored" or seized tub bearing, you didn't mention any noises of clicking sounds, you should be able to manually turn the tub in both directions. You may want to conduct the service test mode and review the error codes(see the attachment) it may help point you in the right direction.
