my haier brand washer wont agitate. just replaced the belt and it spins fine but makes loud clicking sound as tub is slowing down from spinning.

I wish I could help you but I and probably most of us who reply on this site (we are volunteers) do not work on Haier, although we may have to in the future if they are successful in buying GE's appliance business. See if you cannot find a site where they discuss Haier washers and how to fix them.
