I checked the pump and it spins freely. ( strong magnets but not jammed)
Connected the pump to 110 on the bench and it runs fine

water drained when the pump was removed.

Service mode, board output test, quick wash, pump does not spin.

42 volts at pump connector (?)

120 volts from pin 1 of CN5 to pin 6 of CN 10 ( all the time with DVM)

Pin 6 of CN10 to pump connector is 0 ohms
Pin 1 of CN 5 to pump connector is 0.6 Meg ohms.

Seems like something has a high resistance between what I assume is netural and the pump.

Pin 6 of CN 10 also reads 110 to ground so I figure that is hot?

I dont want to buy a control board if that EMI filter or something else is the issue.

Any thoughts?

Great job of diagnosing!

Since you have determined that the pump runs when 110v is applied and that there is not blockage this probably means that the control board is not sending power to the pump when it should. Go ahead and replace the board, and if you buy from this site and the new board does not fix the problem you can return it.

Be sure and check all the wiring first, but I imagine you have already done that.
