My friend has what I think is a broken spider arm
on the back of her washer basket. I'm trying
to find out if there's anyway this is covered
by the warranty on the inner basket. I've
seen some evidence(from googling)that there
might be a 10 year warranty, but I'm not sure.
I'd appreciate any help you could give me
on this problem. Thanks

We cannot really tell so you are going to have to contact Electrolux customer service and be sure and have both the model number and the serial number, and if available the original invoice. They will probably blow you off, but worth a try.
