I have a Kenmore Elite Front Load Washer ( Model # 79641022900) made by LG. when running in any clean mode it runs through the wash cycle and then the Rinse cycle, but will not enter the SPIN cycle . after about 2 minutes I get an error code OE. When I open the door there is water remaining in the tub. I have checked the clean out at the bottom of the machine which is clear . from research I have done it appears it is a bad drain pump ( which was replaced around 2 years ago ) or a motherboard problem ? any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
