We were doing a load when the washer started shaking violently. Now, it will not spin at all.

We tried running a load empty on "Rinse and Spin" and it would drain fine, but then when it was time to spin, we could hear what sounded like the motor going, but it was not actually spinning.

I can manually spin it, and at first it was knocking a bit now it spins around manually smoothly.

When the machine was shaking there was a slight burning smell.

Help!
