Hi Everyone:

I have a Whirlpool Ultimate care II (LSQ9544KQ0). the washer has 9 cycles (normal, casual, delicates, hand washable). However, only one cycle works now.

I push the dial and turn to the positions (normal/superwash,heavy,regular,light etc), then pull, the washer won't start, after several tries, I only find one position
(in the middle of casual) it can start to work (fill water, agitate, rinse, spin) and complete the whole cycle.
so what is the problem here, how to repair? :confused:
