The washer goes through wash and rinse cycle then stops when it hits spin cycle and does not restart spinning occasionally at this point, it will spray some water just doesn't spin. ( this is intermittent sometimes it works just fine, I recently replaced the clutch ) So it fills, agitates, drains, refills, agitates, drains and spins, stops and then doesn't always restart spinning as it spray some water in the final spin.
