I have had this washing machine about 3 years with no issues. Recently we started getting the UL error code and the dial would flash green about 11 minutes left in the wash. We researched and found we needed to replace the suspension rod kit as that is the most common issue.

Bought and installed the kit on Tuesday, put a wash through and same thing about 11 minutes left getting the UL error code with the flashing dial. this time though it appears the barrel (where I put the clothes) is not spinning like it should and sounds like it might be rubbing against something.

Does anyone have any other suggestions. Most sites I read say the suspension kit should have fixed.
