LG front load washer, Model WM2101HW

Issue:
Will not spin smoothly under power. It looks like it oscillates or jerks while trying to accelerate.

Observations:
1)Rotates (1 or 2 seconds) under power smoothly CW & CCW while filling (no objects in drum).
2) Will not spin at slow speed (Start & Pause button pressed together). Again no objects in drum.
3) Rotor splines look o.k.,(no debris). Has a small amount of wiggle with bolt removed.
Bolt was tight, and is tight again.
4) Bearings look and feel fine. Can grab shaft splines (with fingers) and rotate drum easily.
5) Motor coils are 7 or 8 ohms. But, all within 0.1 ohms of each other.
6) Door lock seems to work fine.
7) No error codes at this time. 8) Washer is level and on a very solid floor.
9) Filter is clear. Washer drains normally.
10) Have no idea if Hall Effect sensor(s) on stator are o.k.
Should be specific error codes if this is a problem.
11) Main controller PCB:
Has all connectors seated.
No obvious burn marks, No lint, No moisture.

Should I replace the Main control board? Or....?

Thank you!
