My Sister-inlaw has a Whirlpool Washer Model GVW9959KL2 that she is having a problem keeping it working, She puts it on and after a short time it will stop working, she then unplugs the machine after she plugs it back in it will work for a short time before stopping again. She had a Whirlpool tec come to her home go told her it was the "Electronic Control" that was bad, how he knows this don't because he never took the panel off or even turned the unit on. He said that that board was no longer available, I have find that there are two boards in the unit, a motor control board and a electronic control board which I have found are available, the motor board is over $230.00 and the control board is just $100.00. My question is which of the 2 board do you feel would be the one to change, she doesn't want to spend money for a board that is not needed. Thanks for any help
