The "tub" will not drain completely. I cannot see water in basin but if i spin it by hand, I hear water slopping. I removed pump and lines and see no obstructions. When I removed hose that goes from tub to pump, a little water came out but still a lot inside. Any ideas! Thanks in advance!!

Sometimes small items of clothing can get in between the inner drum/ basket, and the tub, which will cause poor drainage of the tub.
Keep in mind, many upright washers will always have a little water in the tub and pump area after cycles.
At worst, it may have a clogged or faulty drain pump.
