GE washer fills wont agitate, drains but wont spin

The washer will fill, the indicator lights go from fill to wash but the machine does nothing (doesn't even make sounds). The indicator light goes to rinse. The water drains and fills (again no agitation). Rinse water drains. Light goes to spin but nothing happens. Leaves a pile of super wet dirty clothes.

Hi.

The drive motor on your washer is equipped with LED that is giving you a fault code by blinking with certain frequency. There are two clips that holds the front panel at the top. Insert a putty knife in the seem between the top and front at about 2in from each corner and push in to release the clips and then rotate towards you and lift the front panel. Get on your knees and look at the motor top right. What is the code?
